As is traditional in these real Marrakesh riads, Dar Jirane is arranged around a pretty tree-filled patio with its delightful little b’hou or outdoor sitting room in an alcove – a lovely cool place to sit and watch the world go by. On the ground floor, there is also a lounge with an open fireplace and a pleasant dining room where our range of delicious Moroccan dishes are served with brio by the guesthouse’s own resident cook.

The two rooms and the suite at Dar Jirane are all located on the first floor of the riad and each one is individually decorated in traditional Moroccan style. All rooms have a television, an alarm clock and storage space.

Up on the roof terrace, a superb solarium allows guests to make the most of the wonderful sunshine of Marrakesh will admiring the Atlas Mountains in the distance, the minaret of the Koutoubia or that of the Ben Youssef mosque.
